SEAS GIVEN AS SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT...WHICH IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS... A WARM FRONT ACROSS GEORGES BANK WILL PASS NE OF THE WATERS TONIGHT INTO MON. A COLD FRONT WILL APPROACH FROM THE NW MON...THEN PASS SE ACROSS THE WATERS MON NIGHT INTO TUE WHILE WEAKENING. ANOTHER WEAK COLD FRONT WILL PASS S ACROSS THE WATERS TUE NIGHT. A HIGH PRES RIDGE WILL BUILD S INTO THE WATERS WED AND WED NIGHT...THEN PERSIST NEAR THE NRN WATERS THU INTO FRI NIGHT WHILE SLOWLY WEAKENING. THE REMNANT LOW PRES CENTER OF FORMER TROPICAL DEPRESSION BONNIE WILL SLOWLY PASS S OF THE AREA THU INTO FRI NIGHT.
