A WEAK HIGH PRES RIDGE WILL BUILD IN FROM THE W MON...MOVE OFFSHORE MON NIGHT...THEN PASS SE OF THE WATERS TUE. A COLD FRONT WILL THEN APPROACH FROM THE NW TUE NIGHT. THE FRONT WILL BECOME STATIONARY ACROSS THE N PORTION WED AND WED NIGHT.
